Basecamp is a web-based project management tool used to communicate with clients, post files, and manage schedules so everyone is on the same page at all times. Each client Basecamp account is accessed only by the members of the Full Motion Group team assigned to the projects, as well as by the individual client contacts. Full Motion Group uses Bugtracker.NET internally as a bug-tracking tool for selected client projects. We setup an account during the development phase to ensure all outstanding issues for a project are assigned to our team quickly and effectively. Additionally, after the site has been released, the Tracker system allows clients to continue reporting to our Engineering teams. |
